Måneskin will address Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest

Måneskin, with the melody 'Zitti e buoni', have won the 71st Festival di Sanremo and the chance to address Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam.


Prior to contending, all hopefuls are needed to tell telecaster RAI whether they would address Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest should they win. Few out of every odd demonstration says 'sì', so the victor of Sanremo will not really go along with us in the Netherlands.


The current year's champs Måneskin affirmed their support at the Eurovision Song Contest on Sunday 7 March.


Italy, as one of the Big 5 nations, naturally meets all requirements for the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest which will happen on Saturday 22 May 2021.

Måneskin is an Italian musical gang from Rome, comprising of lead performer Damiano David, bassist Victoria De Angelis, guitarist Thomas Raggi, and drummer Ethan Torchio.


The Italian Festival di Sanremo went through their yearly run of 5 continuous evenings of live diversion.
